The Altar Guild, open to both men and women, is the silent support group providing the priest with all that is necessary on the altar for the scheduled service. This group prepares the sanctuary for all worship services -- Sunday services, weddings, baptisms, Easter, Christmas and any other scheduled service. They secure and care for the linens, vestments, Eucharistic vessels and furnishings used for all occasions, and provide supplies necessary for public worship. Altar Guild members are generally called upon on a monthly basis.
